This is a personal portfolio website. I respect your privacy and keep data collection to a minimum.
- No analytics, ad trackers, or third-party marketing pixels.
- Theme preference may be stored in localStorage.
- If you choose “yes” to contact/newsletter, I collect your email and message to respond or send updates.
What I collect
In general, this site does not collect personal information just by visiting.
Theme preference
If you switch between light/dark mode, your preference may be saved in your browser’s localStorage so the site remembers your choice.
Contact / Newsletter (opt-in)
If you explicitly select “yes” to be contacted or to receive a newsletter, I collect the email address and message you submit so I can respond or send the requested updates.
How I use your information
- Theme preference: to persist your selected theme on your device.
- Email/message (opt-in): to respond to your inquiry and/or send the newsletter/updates you requested.
Cookies & local storage
This site may use localStorage to store a theme setting. I do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can clear localStorage at any time via your browser settings. Doing so may reset your theme preference.
Third-party services
I do not intentionally use third-party analytics or advertising services. If you click external links (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn), their sites have their own privacy practices.
Data retention
If you opt in and send me your email/message, I keep it only as long as needed to respond and/or provide the updates you requested, or until you ask me to delete it.
Your choices
- You can opt out of future emails by replying and asking to be removed (or using an unsubscribe method if provided).
- You can request deletion of your messages and email at any time.
- You can disable localStorage usage by adjusting browser settings (the site may not remember your theme).
